Why do you not sell custom flags online?

Custom flags require a special quote. Often we need to discuss your particular situation; where the flags are to be used, and what they are to be used for, so we can make the right recommendation for you. Artwork and flag sizes will also vary and we need to determine the most cost-effective option for you.

 

What if I order the wrong quantity or the wrong item?

It is important to carefully check your order. Flagmakers is not responsible if you order the wrong quanity or item.  If you order the wrong item please contact us to discuss supply of correct item(s).  Additional charges may apply such as additional freight, packing and processing charges. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions of trade.    You will need to pay the order value difference if the replacement order is of higher value.  To be eligible for a replacement all returned items must be in original unopened condition as supplied.  If you order the wrong quantity this is your responsibility and Flagmakers is not responsible or liable for refunding any items.

For custom flag orders we do not supply any refund.

 

Freight and Packing

Do you ship to countries other than New Zealand?

Yes. We regulalry ship to many countries. Please get in touch to discuss your query with us.

What are your freight and packing costs?

We charge $7.90 plus GST to ship flags in New Zealand. Freight charges  for flag poles and other items will vary and will need to be estimated separately.  Freight and packing charges for overseas orders are subject to additional charges.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This will depend on the availbility of our stock and the nature of the order.  If it is in stock we will deliver your items with 5 working days from confirmation of your order. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Refunds

Can I get a refund on my online purchase?

Our policy is not to refund online purchases, however if by accident you ordered the wrong item please contact us to discuss supply of correct item(s).  All orders are subject to our terms and conditions of trade. Additional charges for supply of replacement items may apply such as additional freight, packing and processing charges. To be eligible for a replacement all returned items must be in original unopened condition as supplied.
