Shipping Information

We ship most of our products by courier except heavier, larger-sized items like flagpoles.

In most cases your product will arrive within 2-3 days of the dispatch date.  You will receive an email notification on the dispatch date and also a tracking number.

For overseas customers we usually use NZ POST or DHL and the delivery time will be dependent on their delivery service. If you requested a tracked service you will be able to track your order.

If your product has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe please contact us and we will help track your order.
